A bulletin is an important way to stay in touch with your community. Bulletins are popular in churches, but they’re also useful tools for landlords, community groups, homeowners’ associations and anyone else who needs to post schedules, addresses and other information. We print your bulletin on sturdy stock, and we’re happy to add folding, gloss coatings and double-sided printing. You probably need your bulletins in a hurry, so we offer fast printing at affordable rates.
Many bulletins suffer from a standard, boring design that hasn’t changed in decades. Why not make yours pop with a brand-new design? Your readers will be intrigued, and they’ll read your latest issue with interest. Our expert graphic design team has designed newsletters, brochures and other publications. They’ll create an eye-catching layout and choose the perfect elements that make your bulletin stand out. As a full-service agency, we offer complete design and print services to all our customers.

To ensure the best print results, follow these file setup guidelines when preparing your artwork:
Resolution: 300 dpi
Bleed: 1/8" (0.125") on all sides
Color Mode: CMYK (or spot colors when applicable)
File Format: PDF (with fonts embedded or outlined)
• Make sure images are not compressed (turn off downsampling when exporting)
• Backgrounds that touch the edge must extend 0.125" beyond the trim line (bleed)
• You may include crop marks, but do not include file names or timestamps — it can throw off the layout
• Embed or outline all fonts to ensure crisp, clean text and avoid font errors
