If you are doing a custom size or do not see a template in the application you are using, please be sure to use the following specifications to design your drink coaster.

How to Save Your Files for Custom Diecut Products

Custom shaped products require additional setup to ensure accurate cutting and proper alignment:

File Setup Checklist

Resolution: 300 dpi
Bleed: 1/4 inch (.25 inch) beyond the dieline
Color Mode: CMYK
Files Required: Separate artwork and dieline files preferred

Important Notes

• Provide one file with artwork only (no dieline visible)
• Provide a second file with the vector dieline only
• Both files must be the exact same document size and placement
• Extend artwork .25 inch past the dieline to prevent white edges
• Optional: Provide a third file showing the dieline over the artwork as a visual reference

How to Prepare Files

Illustrator

Place artwork on one layer
Place dieline on a separate layer
Save artwork-only version as PDF
Save dieline-only version as PDF (vector format preferred)

Why This Matters
