Newsletters are an excellent way to stay in touch with your customers. Newsletters are one of the oldest forms of communication for people who share an interest, cause or profession. There are good reasons they’re still around. According to a recent study on consumer behavior, 6 out of 10 people said printed materials, including newsletters, were their favorite way to hear about brands and products. A professionally printed newsletter can help you reach those customers at an amazingly affordable rate.
Don’t waste the power of your printed mailings. If your newsletter is boring or difficult to read, talk to our design team. They can help you create a newsletter with the images, text layout and graphic elements that will make it a must-read. Our expert design services are available to all our print customers, and doing both in-house saves you time and money.

We do tons of newsletter printing, and we have streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible. Just download the newsletter template for the size and application format you need, create your artwork, and upload your design to print.
If you are doing a custom size or do not see a template in the application you are using, please be sure to use the following specifications to design your newsletter.
To ensure the best print results, follow these file setup guidelines when preparing your artwork:
Resolution: 300 dpi
Bleed: 1/8" (0.125") on all sides
Color Mode: CMYK (or spot colors when applicable)
File Format: PDF (with fonts embedded or outlined)
• Make sure images are not compressed (turn off downsampling when exporting)
• Backgrounds that touch the edge must extend 0.125" beyond the trim line (bleed)
• You may include crop marks, but do not include file names or timestamps — it can throw off the layout
• Embed or outline all fonts to ensure crisp, clean text and avoid font errors
